Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship Back

  Send the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
